If children in your school are eligible for a free meal under an 'expansion' programme, you will need them to be marked as FSM in LunchHound, but you will not have them marked as FSM in your school MIS.
We have made some system changes to support this. You can now configure your system as follows:
If every child in your school is now eligible for a free meal, please contact us to request your system to be configured.
If only some extra children are eligible for a free meal, please add an FSM entitlement following these instructions:
In LunchHound, click 'Accounts' then 'View' and then click the information icon against the student.
On the customer details screen, click 'Add Eligibility' then pick the correct start and end dates and click 'Save'.
