If you usually sign in with your email address and a password, please follow the instructions below to reset your password:
Open orders.lunchhound.co.uk in your web browser.
Click the 'Sign In' link on the home screen.
Click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login screen.
Enter your email address (if you need to change your email address please use the old email address, not your new one).
Click 'Send Verification Code'
IMPORTANT - do not close this screen while you check your email address, or the code will be invalidated.
Retrieve the verification code from your email account.
Enter the code into the Verification Code box.
Click 'Verify Code'
To change your password, click 'Continue', alternatively, to change your email address, click 'Change Email'
Enter the new password and / or update your email address.
