If you need to backdate a transaction, for example, for a new starter who was not on the system, you can enter the transaction on the till. Click the 'clock' icon to start serving, then use the arrow keys to change the date. Then input the transaction as an 'extra' as normal.
If you need to add an extra onto the system - i.e. a meal that the kitchen staff have prepared and served but which was not pre-ordered before the cut off time, please enter the transaction on the till as above. You will be prompted to choose an item from the menu as part of this process.
If you have no-shows on the system (ie. you have pre-orders on the system which were not confirmed at lunchtime) you can process these through your office logon to the admin system. Log on to manage.lunchhound.co.uk, then click 'Accounts' / 'Transactions' and scroll down to see your no-shows. Click the 'Submit' button next to the no-show to send the pre-order for processing. Please note that the 'Submit' button is only visible for pre-orders before today - you cannot process no-shows for the current date.
